Ingredients:  
1 Butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into cubes
2 small apples, peeled, cored, and cut into cubes
1/2 package Good Sense brand Salad Pizazz! Gourmet Salad Topping PomeCranate Honey Walnut Fusion (this can be found in the vegetable section of the grocery where the other sliced nuts and salad toppings are)
2 tbsp. olive or canola oil
2 tsp. thyme
salt and pepper

Place squash, apple, salad topping in baking dish. Drizzle with oil, thyme, and salt/pepper to taste. Toss and bake at 350º until squash is tender (about 40 minutes)
