1/3 c. unseasoned rice wine vinegar
2 T. soy sauce, (low sodium best)
several drops - toasted sesame oil
2-4 cloves of garlic, peeled and cut in half
2/3 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a dressing cruet or other container with a lid, vigorously shake together
the vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and sesame oil. Shake it some more.
Then add the oil, shake it all together and - it's ready! You can adjust the amount of sesame oil and the number of garlic cloves to your personal taste.

This is very quick to make and besides being a tasty salad dressing,
we use it on all sorts of steamed vegetables as a healthy alternative
to butter.
