Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 refrigerated pie crust (top and bottom)
Filling:
6 cups peeled, thinly sliced apples
¾ c sugar
2T flour
¾ t cinnamon
½ t salt
1/8 t nutmeg
1 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Unroll piecrust into pie pan. In large bowl combine, all filling ingredients mix lightly. Pour into piecrust, cover with remaining crust and cut slits into dough. For fancy look, use a cookie cutter to cut out small shapes in crust. Bake for 40-50 minutes until apples are tender and crust is golden brown. It is a good idea to put pie on cookie sheet to bake; this prevents the filling that may leak out of pie from creating a mess on the bottom of your oven.
