1 pkg. brown gravy mix
chopped onion, as desired
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. worcestershire sauce (or to taste)
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
bay leaf
celery salt to taste
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. water
sirloin or round steak for 6 people
Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into serving size pieces and place in electric skillet. Mix all other ingredients. Pour over steak and simmer, covered, for about 2 hours or until meat is tender and sauce is thickened.
