5 large baking potatoes
1 stick butter or margarine
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pt. (2 cups) sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 bunch chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub and cut the tip off each end of the potatoes. Bake for 1 1/2 hour at 350º. Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and carefully scoop potato from the skins into a large bowl. Cut butter into hot potato and let melt, Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Refill skins with potato mixture. Bake at 425º until golden brown - approx. 20-30 minutes.
