12 large potatoes, boiled, cooled and grated
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. (2 cups) sour cream
2/3 cup chopped green onion
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Topping:
1 cup crushed cornflakes (4 cups cornflakes)
4 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream of chicken soup, butter
sour cream, green onion and cheddar cheese. Fold in potatoes.
Pour into 9" X 13" pan. Sprinkle with topping - (cornflakes and butter mixed together).
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
