1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cubed
1/2 c. minced sauteed mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until light brown. Add steak; sear on all sides. Cover; simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in mushrooms. Combine sour cream and flour; stir into beef mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add seasonings and mix well.
