1 pkg cream cheese
1/4 to 1/2 cup sour cream
1 stick butter
Potatoes - about 5 lbs more or less

Directions:
Cook potatoes, drain and mash a little. Add cream cheese, sour cream butter, salt , pepper and garlic powder. Put in greased casserole. Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes. Can freeze or keep in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
