1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. applesauce
1 egg, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. salt

Crumb Topping
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, applesauce and egg. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt; stir into butter mixture just until moistened. In separate bowl, blend crumb topping ingredients until crumbly. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full with muffin mix.

Sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes.
