1st bowl:
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2nd bowl:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1st bowl: Beat well and then fold in 1 cup chocolate chips.
2nd bowl: Beat well

Put papers in cupcake pan. Fill will 1/3 full with chocolate mixture. Top with heaping spoonful of cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
