1 lb bag baby carrots
1/4 cup oleo
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
Reserve 1/4 cup water after cooking carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots with salt in boiling water until tender.
Drain
Make glaze of brown sugar, oleo, 1/4 cup water from cooking carrots and lemon juice.
Pour over carrots and simmer about 15 minutes
