1 large can or 2 small cans mandarin oranges
1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
3-4 bananas sliced
1 small package vanilla pudding (cook and serve)
1 small package tapioca pudding
1 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain mandarin oranges and pineapple and orange juice (opt.) into measuring cup and increase water to 3 cups.
Pour into large bowl and stir in both puddings.
Microwave 1 minute and stir. Continue cooking and stirring every 2 minutes until mixture comes to a bowl and is thick. Let cool. Stir in all fruit, chill and serve.
