Ingredients:  
1-1 1/2 lbs. ground beef - season well with seasoning salt and pepper
1 small onion chopped
3/4 yellow pepper chopped
3/4 cup crushed saltine crackers or bread crumbs
1 small can tomato sauce
2 large eggs

Topping:
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. It is easier if ground beef is closer to room temperature. I also use my hand to mix it well. Pour into loaf pan and press down with a fork. Pull away from sides with a fork also.
Mix together topping ingredients and spread on top of meat loaf. Bake 90 minutes at 350º.
You can bake potatoes at the same time if desired.
