1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tomato paste cans water
1 (10 oz.) tomatoes and green chilies
Dash of Accent (MSG)
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic
1 c. cooked rice

Build-ups:
Shredded lettuce
1 pkg. corn chips
Avocado, diced or guacamole
Shredded cheese
Sliced or diced olives
Diced tomatoes
Sliced green onions
Sour cream
Taco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat; add rest of ingredients and simmer, covered 40 minutes. Should thicken, you may want to cook, uncovered, a little. Serve meat mixture in bowl. Place build-ups in bowls and let guests build-up own plates. Start with lettuce, then chips, then meat mixture and then the rest.
