1 lb. macaroni , or other small noodle
1 onion, diced
4 oz. ham, diced
2 cups grated cheese (cheddar, or a mixture of cheeses)
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook macaroni noodles according to instructions. Drain and rinse noodles. Add onion, ham, cheese (reserving a bit for topping), and milk to the drained noodles. Mix. Pour into 9x13 baking pan. Garnish top with cheese. Bake for about 40 minutes or until cheese is cooked to your satisfaction.

This is a great way to use the leftovers on the bone of a holiday ham. The proportions are up to you. You may add more (or less) ham or cheese or milk as you desire. This recipe works well with rice noodles.
