Ingredients: 1 cup nonfat sour cream, 1 12-oz. bottle mild green chili taco sauce, 1/2 cup nonfat ricotta cheese, 1 clove garlic, 1 cup shrimp meat, 1 cup crab meat, 1 bunch green onions, chopped, 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated, 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper to taste, 8" tortillas, chopped cilantro for garnish

Directions:Mix together sour cream, taco sauce, ricotta cheese and garlic, set aside. In another bowl mix together shrimp, crab, jack cheese, green onion, salt and pepper to taste. Spray 9" x 13" pan w/nonstick spray. Spread abut two generous tablespoons of sour cream mixture on each tortilla, top each w/two generous tablespoons of crab/shrimp mixture, roll up and place side by side in baking dish. Top w/ remaining sour cream mixture spreading evenly. Bake uncovered 40 minutes. Garnish w/cilantro. "Pass the Salsa" |
