3 cups whole milk scalded
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup of sugar (scant)

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, put in refrigerator while mixing other ingredients. Beat eggs in bowl until mixed. Add vanilla and sugar to eggs whip with whisk , stir in cold milk. Pour into cold unbaked pie crust*. Bake 25 minutes at 400º.

* Use one whole Flaky Pie Crust recipe. Make fluted edges.
