1-1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion diced (optional)
1 large can tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
lettuce
green onion sliced
diced tomatoes
shredded cheese - your favorite
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and (optional onion) in large skillet. Season well with salt and pepper. Pour approximately 1/2 cup of tomato juice and set aside. Pour the rest of tomato juice over the cooked meat. Add chili powder and bring to boil. Stir the cornstarch into the reserved tomato juice until dissolved. Slowly stir into the beef mixture until thickened. Let simmer on low for 5-10 minutes.

Layer rice, lettuce. tomatoes, green onion, cheese and sauce on top.
