1 1/2 - 2 lbs. rd. steak cut in to serving size pieces
2 Tbsp. oil
1/3 cup catsup
2/3 cup water
4 small red potatoes cut in halves
1 can kitchen sliced green beans or
fresh green beans, cleaned and cut
4 tsp. beef base

Directions:
Directions:
Coat the meat with flour. Season well with seasoning salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil until brown on each side on medium heat. Place in crock pot. Add catsup, water, potatoes. green beans, and beef base. Cook all day (8 hours) on low stirring occasionally. If the sauce is too runny, turn crock-pot off for 30 minutes before serving.

If you use beef bouillon rather than beef base, it may get too salty so be careful how you season meat, and add bouillion to taste.
