Ingredients: 2 lbs. 85% lean ground turkey meat 1 tbsp. corn starch a pinch of salt 3 tbsp. chili powder 1 lb. diced or crushed tomatoes 12 oz. green chilies 3 diced jalapeņo peppers 1 tablespoon of vinegar 1 (12-15 oz) can of black beans 2 (12-15 oz) cans of kidney beans 6 crushed oreo cookies

Directions: |
Directions:First set the crockpot to heat for 6-8 hrs. Next, cook the 2 lbs. of turkey meat in a covered pan on medium heat until all of the turkey is brown. While the turkey is cooking insert the rest of the ingredients into the crock pot, stirring them as you add each of the ingredients. Put half of the crushed oreo cookies with the rest of the ingredients and save the other half for when the turkey is finished cooking.
Once the turkey meat is finished, carefully drain all the juices from the pan and dump the turkey meat into the crock pot. Next dump the rest of the oreo cookies on top of the turkey meat and stir all of the ingredients together. Put the top on the crock pot stirring once every hour and making sure that the oreo cookies have fully broken down (I usually sample the chili every 2 hours). In 6-8 hours you should have a great meal. |

Notes: Add as many spices as you want to make the chili as hot as you want. I like this because I have a chili that is spicy but not so spicy that I don't enjoy the taste. Enjoy!
