4 medium zucchini, sliced
4 slices bacon, diced
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 onion, medium chopped
2 slices bread, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
pepper
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Steam Zucchini until tender crisp, about 7 minutes. Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and drain on paper towel. Saute garlic and onion in bacon grease until tender. Stir onion, garlic and bacon into Zuccchini. Add bread, cheddar cheese, salt, seasonings and tomato sauce. Mix well. Spread in 9x9 baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
