1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 Tablespoons milk
1 - 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef cut fine
2 Tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
2 Tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Soften cream cheese and blend with milk. Mix other ingredients with this except nuts. Pat into 8" Pyrex pie plate. Spread 1/4 cup chopped walnuts over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or sturdy potato chips.
