20 lbs. raw , boneless, skinless turkey breasts sliced 3/4" to 5/8" thick.
Sauce:
2 quarts 7 up
1 quart oil
1 1/2 Tbsp.. garlic powder
1 quart soy sauce
2 Tbsp.. horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
This sauce and turkey will fit in a five gallon plastic bucket. Mix sauce together. Add turkey to bucket. Add the sauce and cover bucket and refrigerate for a minimum of 24-hours.
Light 20 lbs. of charcoal in a barbeque grill. Cook turkey for 30-40 minutes, until meat turns white inside. Dip meat in the sauce while cooking. When done, cut into strips and serve.
To store leftover meat, cover meat completely with the sauce and store in an airtight plastic bag or container and freeze. May be heated later in a microwave or conventional oven. Use within six months.
