1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
dash of oregano
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Pat into loaf dish. Cook in microwave 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
