1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 lg. onions, finely chopped
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. shell macaroni
1 no. 2 can spinach
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. rosemary
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 cans tomato sauce
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, onions, garlic, salt and pepper until done. Cook macaroni until tender; drain. Combine spinach, herbs, parsley, mushrooms and tomato sauce in saucepan; cook for 1 hour. Place alternate layers of beef mixture, macaroni and spinach mixture in greased casserole; top with cheese. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
