4 lb. hamburger
3 chopped onions
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato sauce
2 sm. cans tomato paste
4 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 lg. can ranch style beans
5 c. cooked rice
2 lg. bags fritos
1 lb. grated cheese
2 heads lettuce, shredded
7 tomatoes, chopped
1 can ripe olives, sliced
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. coconut
1 jar picante sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions; add next 6 ingredients. Simmer 2 hours at 250 degrees. Serve on warm plate in the following order: Fritos, rice, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, pecans and coconut. Top with picante sauce. Serves 20 to 25 people.
