2 eggs
5-6 cups pecan halves
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add 2 Tbsp water. Stir in pecans. Mix in sugar and cinnamon. Bake in shallow baking pan for 30 minutes at 300º. Stir 2-3 times just until crystalized. Do not over bake.
