9 cups Chex Cereal (corn or rice)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup margarine or butter
6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups or more powdered sugar

Directions:
Measure cereal into large bowl; set aside.
Microwave peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter in 1 quart microwaveable bowl uncovered on high for 1 minute; stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla.
Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2 gallon plastic bags or brown shopping bag, add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
