3 to 3 1/2 pounds Top Sirloin Tip Beef roast
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups water
4 beef bouillon cubes
6 - 8 Italian rolls
Green peppers and onions optional

Cook roast at 325º for 1 1/2 hours. Cool and refrigerate overnight. While cold, slice as thin as possible. Comine oregano, chili powder, onion salt, garlic powder water and beef bouillon cubes and simmer, covered for 20 minutes. If desired cook peppers and onions in olive oil in a fry pan for about 10 minutes. Take meat and place in hot au jus then put on buns or Italian bread. Could top with melted mozzeralla cheese, onions and peppers.
