2 sliced zucchini's
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese350
1 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
salt, pepper, and parsley to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to350 º. Combine sliced zucchini and chopped onion in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes until top starts to turn golden. Enjoy!
