1 tbsp milk
1 can French fried onions crushed
1 3-4 lb chicken (wings, legs etc)

combine egg milk whisk in shallow dish. dip chicken in egg mixture roll in French-fried onion mix toss to coat. arrange the chicken in a 9x12 in baking dish bake at 350º
