3 lb. ground beef
3 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 c. minced onion
1/2 c. minced green pepper
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. catsup
2 (8 oz) pkg. sharp cheese slices
snipped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 10 ingredients; mix well. Divide into 3 parts. Pat 1 part into loaf pan. Cover with cheese slices, overlapping. Spread with second part of meat mixture. Cover with cheese slices. Add remaining meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Drain off juices. Cover with remaining cheese and bake another 5 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
