1 pound lean ground chuck
1 pound hot or sweet Italian sausage (I use Johnsonville hot links and skin them)
2 beaten eggs
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1/3 cup Heinz 57
2 tbl. A-1
1/2 crushed red peppers
2 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I use a combo of pepperjack and cheddar)
1 1/2 cups cubed dried bread crumbs ( cube French bread and leave out overnight to "stale"
2 tbl. Franks hot sauce
1 large onion chopped
1 small green pepper chopped
1/2# fresh mushrooms chopped
1 tsp each fresh Terragon, basil and all spice
4 TBL milk

Preheat oven 350º

Mix all of the above together....I use a mixer and mix only until blended to keep the meatloaf tender

Put in loaf pans and bake for 45 min ( I make a couple of small ones and freeze them)
