1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup canned (low sodium)
chicken broth
2 tbsp. canned unsweetened
coconut milk
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. fresh peeled chopped ginger
1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. truffle paste or truffle oil

Place peanut butter in a heavy medium saucepan. Gradually mix in chicken broth. Add remaining ingredients. Stir over medium heat until smooth and thick about 6 minutes. Cover and refrigerate. May be stored for 3 days.
