1 lb. hamburger meat
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 med. potatoes, sliced thin
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 can condensed tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble meat in 2 quart casserole, cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes or until done. Drain, stir in salt and pepper. Layer half of potatoes on meat, then peppers, onion and remaining potatoes. Pour on soup. Cover and microwave on high for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving. Sliced carrots may also be added.
