1 lb. hamburger
3 chopped onions
1 cup tomato juice
1 sm. can mushrooms
4 oz. egg noodles
dash of garlic salt
small amount butter
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt & pepper to taste
grated cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook noddles and set aside. Brown meat, onion and celery until done, drain grease. Add all ingredients except cheese and mix well. Place in casserole and top with grated cheese. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
