4 c. mixed salad greens
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
3 T. Parmesan cheese, grated


For Dressing:
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Tear greens into bite-sized pieces. Drain artichoke hearts and tear apart. Place in a bowl along with thinly sliced onion. In a separate bowl, whisk oil, vinegar and seasonings together to make the salad dressing. Pour enough over the salad to coat the greens and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
