1 can evaporated milk
1 c. oats
1 c. saltine crackers, crushed
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 lbs ground hamburger meat

Directions:

Mix and roll into large meatballs.

Mix sauce and pour over top and then cook:
2 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. onion
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp liquid smoke

Cook at 350º for 1 hr.

I didn't realize these were intended to be HUGE meatballs until I saw my friend make them. Big huge ones like 1/2 a lbs of meat in each- making only about 6-8 large meatballs and then cooking them. These freeze really well also. We serve this with rice.
