1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
3/4 c. medium salsa
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichoke hearts. Squeeze each heart to get out all of the water and tear hearts into pieces. In a food processor, pulse the artichoke hearts and salsa until chopped, but not pureed. Transfer to a mixing bowl and stir in the mayonnaise and cheese. Pour into a sprayed one-quart baking dish. Bake uncovered in preheated 350º oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly brown on top. Serve with pita triangles or tortilla chips.
