2 cups flour
2 sticks butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 cups Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) packages instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
rest of 9 oz Cool Whip
Nuts if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 cups flour and 2 sticks butter and press into 9x13 pan.
Blend 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip, 1 cup powdered sugar and spread on top of the first layer.
Mix 2 instant puddings, 3 cups cold milk and pour over 2nd layer.
Spread rest of Cool Whip over 3 rd layer and garnish with nuts.

Pudding can be chocolate, vanilla, banana etc...
