2 cups graham crackers crumbs (not honey)
4 Tbls sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter melted
3 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs (add 1 at a time)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pint sour cream
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix first four ingredients together and line spring form pan. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 4 eggs (one at a time) and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour ontom of crumbs. Put into preheated 350º oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Check it, it should be stiff not like jello. After 40-45 minutes, mix 1 pint sour cream, 4 Tbls sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and pour over cheese. Bake additional 15 to 20 minutes. Leave the oven door open for this last 15 to 20 minutes.
