4 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
25 large marshmallows
1 cup butter
13 oz. milk chocolate chips
13 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 cup chopped nuts optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, milk, vanilla and butter in pan on top of stove. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Turn heat off. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Add nuts and mix well. Pour into greased pan. I used a cookies sheet but my fudge is thinner. Chill
