1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
generous dash of garlic powder
generous dash of pepper
4 lbs. chicken parts
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder; roll chicken in mixture. Arrange skin side down, in shallow baking pan, 9x13 pan. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake 15 minutes more. Blend soup and milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and remaining parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until done.

I use all skinless boneless chicken breasts. The soup makes a great gravey to serve over mashed potatoes.
