1 12oz bag semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 12oz bag milk chocolate bits
2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal (measure first then grind in processor)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl of a large mixer cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well. In a separate bowl mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix into butter mixture until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and grated chocolate. Refrigerate dough for several hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 375º. Roll dough into golf ball sized cookies. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Do not overcook!
