1/2 head of green cabbage, cored and cut into strips
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 onion - small / chopped
garlic powder - to taste. Kelly likes lots!
1 large can and 1 regular can of Tomato Soup (only use paste, do not add milk to condensed soup)
1 1/2 cup dry Rice

Directions:

Reserve 1/4 can of tomato soup.
Mix together the raw meat, chopped onion, garlic powder and rice. Spray covered casserole dish (the biggest one you have) with Pam. Start with a layer of shredded cabbage, then a layer of tomato soup, then a layer of meat mixture. Start again with shredded cabbage, soup, meat, cabbage. Add the 1/4 can of tomato soup that you reserved on top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Test to make sure rice is cooked.
