1 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 Tbs. margarine
4 cups hot water
1 – 16 oz. can of tomatoes
1 cup chopped celery
1 Tbs. salt
2 bouillion cubes
½ bay leaf
½ tps. Worchestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup uncooked noodles
¼ - ½ tsp. thyme (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef and onions in margarine in saucepan until well browned. Add water, tomatoes, celery, salt, bouillion cubes, bay leaf, worchestershire sauce and pepper. Bring to a boil. Then cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add mixed vegetables, noodles, and thyme. Bring to a second boil; cover and simmer 15 minutes until noodles are done
