Two Pkgs of Jello (any flavor, but lemon or lime work very well.)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello with 1 cup of boiling water. Add 1 Cup of cold water. Let set up in refrigerator for 1 ½ hours. Add a a small can of crushed pineapple and 16 oz. of large curd cottage cheese. Mix with a mixer at high speed. Pour into mold and set-up. Turn out on plate to serve.
