2-3 lbs. round steak
¼ cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbs. fat
2 bouillion cubes
½ cup hot water
1 can whole tomatoes
1 ½ cups chopped onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
¾ tsp oregano
1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. pepper

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge steak. Brown meat. Pour off drippings. Dissolve cubes in the hot water. Add tomato juice from the whole tomatoes to 1 ¼ cups. Flour onions. Add liquid, onion, and rest of seasoning to meat. Cook slowly 1 ½ to 2 hours. Add tomatoes and heat 5 minutes.
