2 lbs. ground turkey
1 T. olive oil
4 15-oz. cans kidney beans
2 qts. canned tomatoes
1 6-oz can tomato paste
1 lg. sweet onion
4 fresh jalapeņo peppers
3 cloves garlic
3 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Brown turkey in olive oil. Use a very large stock pot to combine turkey, beans, and tomatoes (if tomatoes are whole, chop them into smaller pieces). Chop up onion, peppers and garlic. Place in a food processor and pulse until very finely minced. Add to stock pot. Blend chili powder, cumin and seasoned salt in a coffee grinder. Add to stock pot. Bring chili to boil, then lower heat and simmer for two hours. If desired, top with sour cream to cool down the spicy heat.

This recipe makes a lot of chili. Pour it up into smaller containers and freeze it. It's good thawed and reheated.
