Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 9-in. flour tortillas
1 lb. ground turkey
1 T. oil
3/4 c. water
1 1.25-oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
2 tomatoes, diced
canned sliced black olives
Mexican style shredded cheese
sour cream
jalapeño peppers
salsa, thick and chunky style

Directions:
Directions:
Cook turkey and onions in oil until turkey is done. Mix taco seasoning in water, then pour into meat mixture. Simmer until most liquid has been absorbed. Take tortillas and press them into oven-proof small bowls (cereal-sized do well). Tortillas should take the shape of the bowl creating a "tortilla shell". Bake in a preheated 375º oven until tortillas are brown. Watch closely to keep tortillas from burning. Take tortillas out of bowls and place on plates. Stuff shells with lettuce, meat and tomatoes. Top off with choice of olives, cheese, sour cream, peppers and salsa.
